I’m Ryan, a 40-year-old father running and living in San Francisco. I came to running from cycling and now run daily, most weeks between 80 and 100 miles, with a few peak weeks 120+. My training includes doubles, structured workouts and long ultra-distance efforts on road and trail. I keep a rotation of about 10 to 12 pairs of shoes and geek out over different foams and anything that helps my feet and legs feel better for the next run. When I am not running, I am with my two kids, my very patient wife and always figuring out what to eat next. You can find me on Strava.
