Thus far I am happy to report my marriage remains in tact after 2 full days of eating almost nothing but juice. I was surprisingly not HANGRY at all…had I been working out like normal this might be a different scenario, but I do believe it goes to show that mindset is a big component of doing a juice cleanse.
If you have been following the last three days then you now know why a non-fad dieting girl tested out a juice cleanse, how to do one the right way, what people claim as the benefits, whether or not I was starving and answers to the 10 most frequently asked juicing questions.
My biggest fear with a cleanse was that after it was over I would just go crazy with food. However, since I added in a few things during the cleanse and really never was starving after that initial morning I didn’t feel the need.Would I do it again? I can’t say that I saw such huge benefits that I would do 3 days again. BUT I can see why some people choose to juice 1 day per week. It reduces the need to think about your food for the day, it’s easy {if you use a service}
..but I think the key is it FEELS like you are doing something good for your body. <<<I’ve talked before about how important our thoughts are to our results in anything and I think that applies to these types of things as well!
GIVEAWAY
It’s here! After three days of talking juice, you can now win your own 3 Day Standard Juice Cleanse from Skinny Limits.
