She is a bootcamp instructor and knows all about the excuses we make regarding holidays and time. Which means she doesn’t waste a single second getting you results!
I also thought I’d share this because then I’ll feel compelled to do it and…I’m scared!! Seriously I can run for hours, but this high intensity stuff kicks my runner butt.
