The gold standard for fruit and veggie servings is 7 to 9 a day. I admit that upon first reading that my jaw dropped and I couldn’t fathom making it happen, but slowly with time and sneaky vegetable tweaks I found myself easily hitting that goal daily.
And yes, I found that I was hitting my goal even while traveling.
Since many of the folks participating in one of my Clean and Lean Challenges are looking for more ways to up their veggie in take, I gathered up some of fantastic recipes that will increase your veggie intake without a single salad in sight.
Hopefully these recipes make it easier for the family to transition to clean eating and add some variety to meals.

Sneaky Vegetable Recipes
Hitting 7-9 is much easier with these tasty treats and main dishes, making them more filling and healthier at the same time. Sometimes we sneak them in to breakfast, sometimes to dinner and when we’re really good…dessert!
