Continuing with this new fun series this week I’m featuring a week of meals from on of my favorite clean eating recipe makers on Instagram. Her food always makes me want to get in the kitchen and you’ll frequently find me begging her to cook for me (I’m willing to pay!!).
She is a fellow peanut butter addict, a mom and always trying to fuel her running husband with the best foods…what’s not to love! She also takes a creative spin on things, using foods in new ways and I love it!
Let’s get down to it a clean eating meal plan that celebrates spring being on the horizon! The meal plans I share always assume you can eat something for lunch or dinner and make extra…I’ve got no interest in being in the kitchen every day, do you?!
Breakfast
Green smoothies post run {spinach, Vega protein, apple, carrots, celery}
Chia chocolate bottom raspberry yogurt bowl (dairy free)
Overnight Elvis protein oats (post run nirvana)
Mexican Eggs Benedict (my stretch yourself and enjoy the weekend option)

Creative at home salad ideas for at least a few meals
Mango and avocado quinoa lettuce wraps
Baked zucchini rolls
Tomato, pepper and lentil soup
Dessert
Sweet potato nut butter quesadilla

Nut butter popcorn balls
{eh hem yes all of these involve nut butter, told you she shares my love!}
