In 2002 I started running and assumed it was basically just trying to run a little bit farther each day, rinse, wash, repeat. It was cotton t-shirts, a Timex watch and honestly pretty darn uncomplicated!
But the truth is I also missed out on a lot by not starting my journey of learning some basics sooner. Luckily for you, I’ve now coached thousands of runners over a decade and continue to hone my own joy of running even two decades later.Trust me, it’s not as hard as you think.
Let’s see where we can help you get started and put some miles on those shoes instead of running around in your brain.
There are over 2000 articles around here from gear reviews to training tips, so make sure to use that little search icon in the top right to find answers.
